N330 HSI BK001

This product is a 15% glass-fiber-reinforced, high-heat-resistant, injection-molding grade black PA6. It offers excellent toughness and thermal resistance, sustaining continuous use at 130 °C. It features outstanding fatigue resistance with minimal property shift after heat aging, maintains good dimensional stability with low warpage, and flows well for superior surface finish with very low fiber read-out. Parts show excellent oil and corrosion resistance. Typical uses include automotive and other injection-molded applications.

N360 HS1 BK001

A 30% glass-fiber-reinforced injection grade black PA6 for parts requiring high modulus and rigidity. It combines high mechanical strength and stiffness with good toughness and appearance, along with strong chemical and heat resistance. Even under harsh conditions, molded parts deliver long service life. It also exhibits excellent electrical insulation (high volume resistivity and breakdown voltage), making it a robust insulating material.

N3100 SE BK003

A 50% glass-fiber-reinforced, high-gloss black PA6 injection grade for very high modulus and rigidity parts. It delivers high mechanical strength and stiffness, excellent gloss, and premium molded appearance, with strong chemical and heat resistance. Components achieve long service life even in demanding environments. Electrical insulation is excellent, with high volume resistivity and breakdown voltage.

N550 FR2 UN

A 50% glass-fiber-reinforced, high-gloss black PA6 injection grade designed for very high modulus and rigidity. It offers excellent mechanical strength and stiffness, glossy appearance, reliable chemical and heat resistance, and long service life in harsh conditions. It also provides excellent electrical insulation with high volume resistivity and breakdown voltage.
